The company is the leading player in the Irish Sports Web industry. It serves over 50 million pages annually and engages with almost a million amateur sports enthusiasts. eSports Manager is used to manage thousands of Club Competitions in Ireland, UK, North America and Dubai.

eSports Manager headquarter is in Castlebar, Co Mayo, Ireland. It is part of the 21st Century Group (www.21stcentury.ie) The company is in existence since 1997.

Since 2000, the company has worked extensively with sports organisations and the eSM team are very familiar with the amount of work that goes on behind amateur sports (much of it voluntary). Amateur sport is managed largely by a few paid sports administrators and a raft of volunteers who give up their own free time to coordinate their sport. eSM recognise these administrators and volunteers are time-poor and their sport is often cash strapped. eSM has devised ways to leverage the interest in amateur sport thus allowing eSM to provide its software at a low cost.

eSM's unique competition management platform was endorsed recently by its selection as a Finalist to be showcased at the 4th Annual Irish Technology Leadership "Silicon Valley Comes to Ireland" Event.

21st Century Sports has direct binds with mobile networks in Ireland and the UK; and can also link with the US, Europe and Asia. The company has its own SMS short codes and virtual numbers, which are registered with Comreg and are also connected to a UK/US short code. The eSports Platform is hosted on 21st Century's own dedicated servers with full load balancing / redundancy in place.
